1. Order Cancellation

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as the production or shipping process begins.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
• To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures of the defect or damage.
• Once approved, Refunds will be Credited into your registered bank account within 7-10 business days

3. Exchange Policy

• Refund is not applicable If you received the damage product kindly share the video of opening and if its in the original condition will exchange the product  or will refund the amount.
• Exchange will be applicable before 24hr of the product is received.
